Platinum Membership

Platinum Member is an individual or a company who pays a yearly membership fee or percentage of the company proceeds from services or goods to the Polish Juvenile Diabetes Foundation also known as Fundacja CUD "Cukrzyca U Dzieci"

Platinum Member's internet banner or logo and/or name is visible on our FRONT PAGE plus on all advertisement ads and campaigns under the heading "Platinum Members"

Platinum Member will be notified by email or post about all upcoming events to have the opportunity to become the event's exclusive sponsor.  In the event of passing up on the opportunity we will always have designated areas available to display our Platinum Members promotional materials during all of our awareness campaigns and special events.

The options of Platinum Membership in Fundacja CUD are:

1,000 pln per month on month to month basis

10,000 pln per year paid for 12 months

8,500 per year for 24 months
